Nick Bright has worked the sea for a living since he was 14, his cousin Adrian Bartlett has been skipper and crew on the crab boats for most of his adult life. Together they started boat to table fresh crab service the company called

Adrian is the company's salesman, while Nick looks after the boats at sea.
